Homes of St. Mark is licensed by the state of Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services to provide foster care services to children between the ages of birth and 17 years of age. Homes of St. Mark has a contract to provide foster care services to children in the managing conservatorship of the Department of Protective and Regulatory Services. Our staff members work closely with foster families to provide appropriate preparation for foster parenting. In addition, we provide on-going educational services to foster parents and insure that each foster home meets health and safety standards. Staff members serve as liaisons between the foster families and the managing conservators of the children.
