The following are the steps which individuals and couples must follow to become foster parents verified by the staff of Homes of St. Mark:
- Call for information.
- Attend a foster care orientation in which all application material will be provided.
- Return application materials so that your information will be processed.
- References will be requested. Personal and employment references will be required.
- Information about foster parent preparation classes will be provided.
- Pre-service preparation classes are required.
- A social worker will contact you to schedule a home study.
